Position Summary:
Performs a range of administrative duties in support of the Leadership team of the assigned Department. Maintains strict confidentiality. Must have the ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure with a professional demeanor.
Education, License & Cert:
High school education or GED required.
Experience:
Previous experience with patient interaction in the health care setting is preferred. Must demonstrate computer skills utilizing word processing and spreadsheets.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for clerical duties, communication, and reception duties.
2. Demonstrates adept computer skills with various forms of documentation.
3. Ability to multi?task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines. Including the ability to overcome objectives and manage projects to a close.
4. Assist in maintaining accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
5. Assist in typing and preparation of memos, reports and financial information.
6. Arrange meetings and appointments, including scheduling of conference rooms.
7. Assist in compiling statistical data and financial reports as assigned.
The pay for this position ranges from $16.00-$22.37 per hour
