Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for an inbound forklift driver for graveyard shift in USA Parkway.
Client is a manufacturer and distributor of packaging products
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 2PM - 10PM, swing shift
Temp to Hire
Pay $21.00 p/h

Responsibilities:
Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
Quality: Ensure inbound and shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
Prepare loads using voice pick and stage trucks for route delivery.
Meet daily and monthly productivity goals.
Operate all equipment in a safe, responsible and professional manner.
Follow prescribed maintenance guidelines including making pre-trip inspections before operating equipment.
Maintain warehouse to high sanitary and cleanliness standards.
Follow all security procedures to safeguard associates, the facility and prevent product loss.
Perform work tasks safely, and contribute to an overall safe work environment, reporting any unsafe conditions.
Follow all company work rules and regulations.

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Skills:
A High School diploma or G.E.D is required
Good general math skills
2 years prior forklift and warehouse experience required, forklift test is part of interview with client
Good verbal and written skills in English
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
WMS with RF scanner experience is desirable

Drug test and background check must be clear before starting
