We're looking for an AR/VR Product Manager (aka The Reality Navigator) to drive the roadmap, development, and success of groundbreaking AR/VR products.

As an AR/VR Product Manager at our client, you'll work with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define and deliver AR/VR products that transform how users interact with technology. Your role will be pivotal in researching market needs, identifying opportunities, and ensuring product success from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and Drive AR/VR Product Roadmap:

Develop a product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market demands. You'll prioritize features, set milestones, and establish a clear vision for each product phase.

Conduct Market Research and Identify User Needs:

Perform market analysis to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor products in AR/VR. You'll gather user insights and translate them into actionable product features that enhance user experience.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams for Product Development:

Collaborate with designers, developers, and engineers to bring AR/VR products to life. You'll coordinate tasks, ensure effective communication, and support teams in delivering high-quality, on-time products.

Create and Manage Product Specifications and Requirements:

Define clear product specifications, including functionality, performance, and usability. You'll ensure all stakeholders understand product requirements and work toward a unified goal.

Monitor Product Development and Conduct Quality Assurance:

Oversee the development process, perform testing, and validate product features to ensure they meet quality standards. You'll address issues, implement improvements, and keep projects on track.

Develop Go-To-Market Strategies and Product Launch Plans:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define launch strategies, pricing, and positioning. You'll develop materials that highlight product value and support successful product rollouts.

Analyze Product Performance and Gather User Feedback:

Track product metrics, user feedback, and usage patterns to gauge success and identify areas for improvement. You'll use data-driven insights to inform future product iterations.

Requirements

Required Skills:

AR/VR Product and Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of AR/VR technology, market trends, and user experience best practices for immersive products.
Project Management and Leadership Skills:
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Ability to interpret market research, user data, and competitive analysis to inform strategic product decisions.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision, engage stakeholders, and align teams on objectives.
Technical Knowledge in AR/VR Development:
Familiarity with AR/VR tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and technical considerations in product development for immersive technologies.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience in AR/VR product management may be considered.
Certifications or coursework in product management or AR/VR technologies are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AR/VR or immersive technology.
Proven track record of launching successful AR/VR products or features and familiarity with iterative product development.
Experience with user research, data analysis, and A/B testing in AR/VR applications is a plus.
