Come experience all that we offer and Thrive along with us! The Fulfillment Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end fulfillment process within the facility.
This role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of the fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, shipping, and logistics.
The Fulfillment Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, member experience, and overall operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environmentLead and mentor a team of supervisors and up to 150 hourly employeesUphold compliance, productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork standards as the primary source of informationImplement engagement and fulfillment strategies to motivate employees and align them with operational goalsMaintain performance standards and consistent processes to guarantee reliable servicesStrategize and execute fulfillment and continuous improvement objectives, clearly communicating these to supervisorsMonitor and manage inventory levels, implementing control measures to optimize stockDevelop efficient order processing procedures, oversee fulfillment operations, and address any bottlenecksCollaborate with carriers to optimize shipping processes and ensure timely deliveries in logisticsEnforce quality control measures and collaborate with quality assurance to address product issues specific to theProvide coaching and development opportunities to supervisors and employees to enhance performance in cold storage operationOversee productivity hours and manage payroll functions to ensure efficient operationsSource and screen talent in collaboration with People Operations to maintain a skilled workforce for operational needsAnalyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to supervisors Set clear goals, promote accountability, and exemplify strong performance to support the mission of the operationQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication that is clear, concise, and polishedHighest levels of integrity and ethicsDedicated to quality and high standards; Supportive of valuesMust be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook and G-Suite applicationsAbility to work in a warehouse environment and understand Warehouse Management SystemsMinimum of 5-10+ years of proven leadership/supervisory experience within a FC/DC or manufacturing environmentProven ability to lead process improvements through the lean process or Kaizen techniques as well as provide solutions when problem solvingProven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using dataBELONG TO A BETTER COMPANYComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability)Competitive pay + equityMultiple work schedules availableOpportunities for advancement.
