One of our clients is seeking licensed and certified mental health professionals to provide 100% fully remote services.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
• Conduct intake assessments with client & family members utilizing appropriate intake materials and continually assesses client needs, service availability and appropriateness.
• Create an individualized treatment/behavioral plan and oversee its implementation.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to identified client(s).
• Produce the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing.
• Use a variety of treatment modalities to increase behavioral/emotional stability and functioning.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years of relevant experience/ 2+ years of direct clinical practice after licensure
• Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e. g. : Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
• Licensure/Certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Medicare credentialed.
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification.
