We are now rapidly expanding with the success of our online store, our flagship location at Wynn Las Vegas, our original store in Chinatown, Calabasas, CA, Scottsdale, AZ and our brand-new location in San Diego, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are excited to add this critical member to the FEATURE Team. In the Data Entry position, you will help manage and build all incoming product in Shopify so that it can be received by the warehouse, synced with all internal systems and ready for sale at retail and online. Our ideal candidate has a passion for sneakers but also enjoys fashion, art, music, and an active lifestyle. You must be able to excel in a fun and fast-moving environment all while paying close attention to details and meeting set deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building Product
Ensure we have product information from vendor: SKU, price, etc.
Work with internal teams and seek additional information if needed.
Add product titles and SKUs associated with order to the task.
Build product spreadsheet for Shopify.
Include tags.
Upload to main Shopify.
Ensure collections, HS tariff code, and country of origin are accurate.
Upload spreadsheet to order task.
Build purchase order for inventory system and upload CSV.
Pre-receive product.
Maintain existing processes that are working implement new processes to gain efficiency for the product building team.
Lead the product building team by determining the tasks and schedules for each member to ensure complete coverage of team responsibilities.
Including but not limited to assisting the Receiving Team check in product, measure garments, and update tasks according to inventory.
Assist in Warehousing if the occasion arises.

Pivot to different tasks on the fly (Receiving/Product Building/Warehouse).
QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically excel spreadsheet.
Prior experience leading a team.
Shopify experience is a plus.
Asana experience is a plus.
Background or interest in footwear industry preferred.
