Als Sales Manager (Fachhandel/Grohandel/Commercial) verantwortest du die Umsetzung der kundenspezifischen Businessplne und stellst sicher, dass die Ziele hinsichtlich Umsatz und Ertragmit den dir zugeordneten Kunden und vor allem Neukunden erreicht werden. Du bist dem DACH-Cluster zugeordnet und verantwortest hauptschlich den Vertrieb der MarkenDYMO, Parker, Rotringund weitere Marken aus dem Newell Portfolio, mit einem Schwerpunkt und Fokus auf den Office-Channel in der Verkaufsregion sterreich, Sd-Deutschland und der Schweiz.
Du wirst eigenstndig arbeiten und den Vertrieb managen, ohne ein Team zu leiten.
Hauptaufgaben:
Verantwortung fr die Kunden gem der Unternehmens- und Vertriebskanalplne.
Proaktive Begleitung der Verkaufsprozesse von der ersten Kommunikation ber die Umsetzung bis zur Analyse.
Beherrschung der Mechanismen im Bereich Vertrieb inkl. Wording, Funktions- und Vorgehensweise.
Erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingkonzepten mit den Kunden.
Beobachtung des Marktes und der Wettbewerber sowie Ableitung von Manahmen zur aktiven Mitgestaltung des Unternehmenswachstums.
Definition und termingerechte Umsetzung von Manahmenplnen fr die Kunden.
Regelmige Berichterstattung ber die Performance in der Vertriebsverantwortung auf Kunden- und Manahmenebene sowie Sicherstellung des Gesamterfolgs gemeinsam mit dem Team.
Regelmiger Kontakt zu den Kunden mit Blick auf die Ziele (Umsatz, Ertrag, Vertriebsmanahmen) auf allen Ebenen.
Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Messen und Verkaufsshows.
Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Kundenberichten in Bezug auf Umsatz und Kosten.
Mindestanforderungen:
3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb.
Deutsch auf sehr hohem Niveau und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.
Reisebereitschaft (regelmige Reisen nach sterreich und in die Schweiz)
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation.
Verbindliche und sichere Kommunikation, intern und extern.
Verhandlungssicherheit und Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen.
Hohe Eigenmotivation, professionell im Business, Teamfhigkeit.
Lsungsorientiert, zupackende Hands-On-Mentalitt, dabei aufgeschlossen und erfolgshungrig.
Analytische Begabung.
