The patient to nurse ratio is 1:
3-4.
Job Requirements Must have healthcare certifications such as BLS and ACLS from AHA.
Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
Annual Fit Test is required for all disciplines.
Required to submit 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test results.
Required to provide documentation of vaccination series completion or a declination to vaccine such as for Hepatitis B.
Varicella documentation of immunity or vaccination is required.
Additional Details The attestation at the end of the pre-hire 6 hours needs to be uploaded by the Agency.
Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers and updates are required every year.
