Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals experiencing chronic pain.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Facilitate a multimodal approach to patient care, working closely with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients on pain management strategies and promote overall well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Alabama.
Masters degree in nursing or a related field of study.
Experience in pain management or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
