We're looking for a
Nurse Assistant - Part Time , working in
Healthcare Systems and Services
industry in
Wyandotte, Michigan, United States .
Performs specific patient care duties to meet safety and comfort needs of the patient.
Provides input to assist the Registered Nurse in planning and implementing patient care.
Responds to emergent situations according to established procedures.
Recognizes and participates in own continuing education.
Follows the Company's Team Member Standards of Excellence in all interactions.
Our Client
Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of previous experience in an Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Patient Assistant Technician, or similar job role
Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (titles for similar programs may vary (Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician but perform the same job role) ORcurrently enrolled in a nursing program and have successfully completed the Fundamentals of Nursing course OR foreign-trained and licensed Registered Nurse who has relocated to the United States and does not hold a Michigan Registered Nurse license OR Medical Assistant program with/without experience
Certified Nurse Assistant preferred
Complete Basic Life Support Heart Saver Certification during orientation
