Allied Digestive Health seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Albany Gastroenterology Consultants.
Essential skills include knowledge of gastroenterology, patient service, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
This position must comply with the standards of care, which include without limitation assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of plan of care and treatment, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status and clinical management.
Knowledge of pertinent medical and drug information necessary to examine and treat gastroenterology patients.
• Has, or eligible for, hospital privileges
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to remain cordial throughout the workday as well as to maintain patience under occasional stressful situations.
• Computer skills:
Electronic medical records, MS Office
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
