4/3/2025 - 8/3/2025REPORTS TO: Manager of Human ResourcesQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience, preferred.
Minimum experience as determined by the board
Ability to provide high levels of customer service
Fluency in Google platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of automated office equipment and efficient office procedures
Good telephone skills and ability to communicate effectively
Digital fluency is required
Experience with Frontline and Genesis-School Fi, preferred
Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status

JOB GOAL:To carry out all office and personnel related duties necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the office.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enter all new hires and substitutes into Frontline and the SchoolFi system.
Maintains Frontline attendance records and sick bank records.
Receive calls regarding certification and other personnel matters.
Completes required state reports such as staff evaluations, and any other state reporting requirements aligned to the job or assigned (EE05 Report).
Maintains other facets of personnel, such as leaves- FMLA/NJFLI (in conjunction with Employee Benefits Specialist and business office employees.)
Review all teacher certifications through the NJEdCert system, inclusive of new employee packet for faculty, processing of criminal history background check, pass the trash law, and other necessary clearance prior to employment begins.
Complete "add staff" in the personnel portion of the agenda (adding appointment start dates, resignations, transfers).
Completes all employment verification requests for current and past employees.
Assists with payroll duties, as needed.
Post job vacancies and handle Applitrack maintenance.
Point of contact for all employees to go through the Board process for all approvals for certification and for general central office inquiries from staff members. Coordinates with all other board office employees for smooth onboarding process of new faculty or administrative staff and substitutes.
Maintains the district's New Hire Document for all new hires technology needs.
Receives and routes incoming calls and correspondence.
Performs usual office routines.
Types correspondence, notices and reports.
Maintains a well-organized, up-to-date filing system.
Operates all business machines necessary to complete reports and clerical work required in the operation of the office.
Arranges meetings, prepares agendas and handles follow-up activities as necessary.
Assists, logs in, and directs visitors.
Maintains confidentiality as required and appropriate
Performs other tasks related to the efficient operation of the office or as assigned by the Manager of Human Resources or Superintendent.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
$25.12/Hour
