Job Title: Pharmacist-in-Charge

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring for the role of Pharmacist-in-Charge at our Trenton location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, with a strong focus on patient care. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. This position offers excellent benefits, including vacation, sick time, and provides ample room for career advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent patient care and counseling on prescription medications.
Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and prescription dispensing.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
Pharmacist license in the state of New Jersey.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
