WEEKLY PAY, SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL, AND IMMEDIATE START ONCE OFFERED!!

Shift/Pay:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm ($30.00 - $34.50/hr)
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm ($30.00 - $34.50/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential)
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am ($30.00 - $34.50/hr)

Description:

Perform root-cause analysis and analytical problem solving to repair and maintain a large variety of manufacturing equipment.
Follow all site safety protocols and maintain workstation according to housekeeping expectations.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
Provide excellent customer service.
Operate personal lifts and material handling tools.
Rig, lift, and relocate a variety of complex, heavy machines, equipment, and components.
Handle piping and plumbing, pumps and motors, and new capital equipment installation.
Perform Preventative Maintenance as assigned.
Read and understand mechanical and electrical prints, diagrams, and technical repair manuals.
Perform minor welding and fabrication assignments.
Enter work orders and PMs into CMMS.
Perform assigned duties with little or no supervision.

Qualifications/Skills:

Associate Degree in a technical function (or equivalent) (preferred).
A minimum of one year of experience in a mechanical/electrical role (required).
A minimum of one year of experience welding/fabricating.
General understanding of mechanics and maintenance knowledge.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment: This position operates in a manufacturing environment where you will be regularly exposed to loud noises and machinery. The role requires the use of safety equipment such as eye safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hardhats.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.50
