A company is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead growth through strategic marketing initiatives and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with corporate goals
Lead digital marketing initiatives and manage the marketing team
Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and evaluate ROI on marketing investments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred)
4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, particularly in healthcare services
Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
Eligible to work in the US
