We are looking for aMaster Data Coordinator Interninterested in starting a SWEET career as at our global corporate headquarters Park Ridge,NJ.

Overview:

Master data review and maintenance

Identify master data and its relationship to internal business processes

Assist business with extractions of various data tables

Identify any master data misalignments

Interact regularly with various departments to ensure the needs of the business are being met and understood from a data perspective.

Acquiring knowledge on how to utilize a globally used ERP System (SAP)

Learning how data flows through processes and various departments therein, having cross functional visibility.

Gain understanding of master and transactional data definitions and maintenance

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Rising Junior/Senior in college/university, pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or related field

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organization skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

Effective problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and bias for action

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Demonstrated personal and professional values

Required Skills/Experience:

Demonstrate personal and professional values

Detail oriented and strong analytical skills

Strong business acumen and analytical ability

Have access to housing and reliable transportation

Able to work a 40-hour week, beginning June 2nd, 2025

Must be able to work in the office Monday thru Thursday; Friday is Work from Home

It would be sweet if you also had:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, macros, pivot)

Prior experience with data entry

Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands

Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry

Leadership experience on or off campus
