Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director- Marketing Strategy.
The Director, Marketing strategy - Retail will partner with business unit and store leaders and lead a team of marketing professionals to understand the business needs of the fast paced and complex automotive retail division, develop strategies to meet those needs, and execute plans to meet and/or exceed their goals.
Marketing leadership experience in a retail or automotive industry is a plus.

Position Requirements:

Work closely with BUs leaders to anticipate and understand business needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and execute plans to meet and/or exceed their goals.
Lead a team of marketing professionals located in and supporting business operations in multiple areas of North America.
Drive a culture of insightful analysis, strategic planning, and tactical execution.
Manage budgets associated with business unit plans.
Work closely within Marketing department and with other departments such as Customer Experience/Relations, Sales, and Operations teams to integrate the team's efforts seamlessly with their work.
Partner with finance, legal, IT and other internal groups to ensure we are executing marketing campaigns in compliance with all laws and company policies.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required, MBA preferred.
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.).
Relevant Work Experience:

8+ years of experience in marketing strategy.
4+ years of supervisory experience.
Extensive marketing experience in marketing strategy, brand management, consumer insights, campaign delivery, or related field with strong cross-functional business acumen.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530.00 - $298,515.00 USD annually for full time employees.
The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
