The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director - Supply Chain Technology.

Primary Tasks:

1. Direct activities related to the transformation of Vehicle Supply Chain across both Fleet & Mobility, Holman Manufacturing and Holman Parts Distribution.
2. Direct activities related to Fleet & Mobility's Vehicle Supply Chain (including vehicle acquisition, license & compliance).
3. Direct activities related to Holman Manufacturing and Holman Parts Distribution.
4. Establish the technology relationships with third party vendors and suppliers.
5. Introduce and implement both custom developed and implementation of 3rd party commercial products in support of Holman's supply chain requirements.
6. Direct process of routine maintenance and upgrade routines to keep the products current and secure. This includes coordinating with infrastructure, information management, and security initiatives.
7. Oversee support efforts for break fixes, service outages, enhancements, projects, and strategic initiatives.
8. Consult with business leadership on product fit, cost-benefit, and training requirements for new products.
9. Collaborate with Support Infrastructure teams to oversee user support, connectivity, and infrastructure required to run applications optimally.
10. Establish expectations for roles within the department and oversee team's growth and development.
11. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Relevant Work Experience:

1. 10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years in a management role.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines.
3. Experience in leading dynamic, creative, and innovative solutions.
4. Experience in architecting and building scalable cloud base solutions.
5. Experience implementing solutions in an agile-based environment.
6. Experience with working in complex environment and be able to create simple solutions.
7. Build platforms in modern architectures with leading edge technology.
8. Fosters an environment of creativity.
9. Strong technical understanding.
10. Experience with build/buy decisions.

Education and/or Training:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's preferred.
2. Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i. e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc. ).
3. Certification(s) in relevant technology related subjects (i. e. cloud development, agile methodology, technology leadership, application development, devops, etc. ).

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530. 00 - $298,515. 00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
