Responsibilities but not limited to:
Assist in managing H Mart's official social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Twitter, and others
Create and post engaging social media content, including images, videos, and copy
Conduct research for content ideas and stay updated on social media trends
Participate in weekly design team meetings to brainstorm and develop content ideas
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image
Help monitor brand reputation and track social media performance metrics
Assist in planning and executing social media-related events and campaigns
Learn and use social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
Qualifications / Skills: BS/BA in Marketing or related field
Experience with paid social media advertising is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for social media and digital marketing
Creative, active and outgoing and the interest in cooking is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be bilingual (Fluent in both Korean & English)
