Care Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Liaison for a nursing job in Lincroft, New Jersey.
Overview:
Holisticare Hospice is looking for a self-motivated and passionate Hospice Clinical Liaison to join our Team. We offer the opportunity to take on new challenges and a culture of teamwork that sets us apart.
$7,500 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!
The Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for hospital and medical facility-based outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain on-going relationships that will increase census and preference for hospice services. Clinical Liaisons use their clinical knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. Our Clinical Liaisons are hospice experts and serve as a resource to their referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service.
