Delivering exceptional patient care and managing clinical operations at Fresenius Medical Care requires a dedicated leader. As a Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of unique care plans and dialysis treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

This role includes leading a team responsible for ensuring quality standards, managing clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinic operations, including efficient supply and equipment utilization, regular profit/loss review, and network reporting.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports, facilitating their professional growth and encouraging teamwork.
Partner with Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Collaborate with the Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program.
Maintain integrity of medical and operations records, adhering to data collections and auditing activities.
Accountable for completion of the Annual Standing Order Review and ICD coding, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsible for all required state or federal surveys, maintaining a positive reputation for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of patient care with staff members, from admission to discharge, ensuring timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
Ensure patient education on quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care, promoting informed decision-making.
Act as a resource for patients and families to address concerns and questions, providing empathetic support and guidance.
Manage patient schedules to ensure facility efficiency, develop action plans for missed treatments, and plan, coordinate, and validate patient eligibility for treatment.
Report changes in patient status regarding clinical, insurance, or travel and transportation issues, ensuring seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the selection and hiring of new team members, ensuring completion of new hiring orientation and mandatory trainings, and provide support for clinical staff members' professional growth.
Responsible for patient care employees completing training courses and maintaining current licensures/certifications, promoting a culture of excellence.
Maintain current knowledge of company benefits, policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
Complete employee evaluations and establish annual goals, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
Document disciplinary actions and confer with the clinic Director of Operations and Human Resources when needed, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
Manage staff scheduling and payroll, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the application process for physician privileges and compliance with Fresenius Medical Care Medical Staff By-Laws, promoting strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Responsible for strong physician relationships and regular communication, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective partnerships.
Participate in the Governing Body, an interdisciplinary team that governs policies, driving strategic decisions and organizational growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing and leadership.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), showcasing expertise in patient care and management.
Current appropriate state licensure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Preferred:
3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience, leveraging proven leadership skills and strategic vision.
Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience, highlighting adaptability and resilience in high-pressure environments.

Compensation:
$103,000 - $172,000 per year, depending on qualifications and work location, reflecting market rates and industry standards.
