A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst - Salesforce (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Establish a harmonized end-to-end process vision & roadmap for sales effectiveness
Manage process design complexity and provide recommendations on business process design
Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to create process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in defining and/or re-engineering sales effectiveness processes
2+ years of experience implementing processes on the Salesforce platform
Experience using agile methodologies for managing backlog and performing testing
Self-organizing and self-managing with strong business acumen
Bachelor's Degree preferred
