Position Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $18-22/hr (based on experience)
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities:
  • Submit and process medical claims across systems efficiently.
  • Handle billing collections and manage follow-ups on outstanding accounts.
  • Resolve insurance denials and address underpayments promptly.
  • Verify health insurance benefits and ensure claims accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete data entry efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare billing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EMR systems (Epic, Navinet) is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes is advantageous.
