Industrial Designers(s) (full-time, multiple openings) L&T Technology Services Ltd.
is in need of Industrial Designers(s) in Edison, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to establish and evaluate design concepts for automotive products.
Work with Sr.
Industrial Designers to modify and refine designs using working models to conform with customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or related field, plus two years of engineering experience.
The two years of engineering experience must include one year of experience using Catia V5, Automotive Seating Design, Teamcenter PLM, Enovia VPM, and Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service.
All experience may be acquired concurrently.
Travel and relocation required.
International travel is not required.
Travel will be required up to approximately 10% of the time.
Travel will include trips to various L&T Technology Services Limited's facilities as well as client facilities across the U.S.
Travel based on business needs and may be required to physically examine prototypes as well to review designs for calculation or monitoring purposes.
