Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in our Medical/Surgical Unit, providing direct patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing personalized care plans, and educating patients and their families on effective self-care techniques.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A current RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (preferred) are required.
Previous acute care hospital experience, particularly in ventilator management, is highly valued.
