Asset Management Project Manager
Location: Remote 4 days/week, and 1 Onsite day in Lyndhurst NJ
Contract: 1 year with strong possibility of extension
Times: M-Fr 9am-5pm EST
Responsibilities:
Oversee the ServiceNow ticketing system specifically for Asset Management requests
Propose solutions to the requests based on ServiceNow functionality
Triage and prioritize requests based on urgency, stakeholders involved, etc.
Liaise between technical and business teams to ensure the development of the proposed solutions is on track, and then communicate timelines back to stakeholders
Prioritize the grooming of the product backlog, serving as the voice of the customers
Monitoring and evaluating progress of requests through completion
Requirements:
5+ years of IT Asset Management and CMDB experience with using ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM products
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMBD
Prior PM experience
Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business needs into actionable requirements with ITAM/CMDB/ITOM
Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with the business and technical teams
Previous experience implementing and running SAM & HAM
Prior experience prioritizing Asset Management tickets from various Asset Management modules
Prior experience working with Process Owner/Mgrs gathering feedback/request/enhancements and then prioritizing
