The Position As the Branchburg Network Technical Lead:
Near Patient Care, E-PLEX, you will be a key Operations Quality interface who works to enable partner Operations business ambitions.
You will help solve challenging and strategic issues that have an impact on the network, functions, or chapters by supporting or leading global and functional, overarching initiatives.
You drive operational quality with profound, cross-functional knowledge.
You will be the leading technical expert providing guidance on process and key Operational initiatives using your profound operational and quality technical knowledge.
You will work closely with Operations Leaders to collaborate across Networks and Chapters to deliver comprehensive and successful customer solutions.
You champion our Quality Management System within Operations initiatives to innovate and improve end-to-end functionality.
In this role, you serve as a strong, visionary and catalyst leader, who is ready to collaborate with our operations and manufacturing sites to deliver high quality products to customers and patients, ensures our right to operate and helps us create value through leveraging analytics, process excellence, Lean Manufacturing and continual improvement efforts.
The Opportunity
You support the operational activities of the organization by promoting and developing a strong connectivity with our manufacturing sites to ensure the organization is cohesively delivering overarching product quality strategies that leverage the chapters, networks, process excellence, and our continual improvement efforts.

You support the Network and Operations with a customer and patient centric mindset, support Network leads as Point of Contact & ensure alignment with Sub-Chapter Leads.
This includes supporting and defining the Network's key objectives/ KPIs/ OKRs and ensuring alignment thereof with the organization's business strategy.
You support developing a long term vision and backlog for the Network and its Squads.

You partner with Global Operations on strategic business direction and decisions.
You break down silos and improve working effectiveness as an 'integrator' across the organization as needed; in particular through collaboration with Operations, other Networks Leaders, Chapters and stakeholders to resolve escalated bottlenecks and dependencies, as well as rebalance work & help in line with greater strategic priorities.

You decide if Squads within the network are needed; lead and moderate Squads, and are accountable for Squad deliverables across Sub-Chapters.

You manage technical decision making for your respective area - having a facilitator role to ensure the team takes a decision.
You negotiate with Senior Leadership across the organization to influence decision-making.
You build a culture of continuous improvement and model lean leadership principles.

You interface for escalated issues, and may act as a proxy for the Network Lead.
This includes representing the Network in audits and inspections by ensuring we are compliant and conform to established quality processes, standards, and regulations.

You solve challenging and strategic issues; lead global and functional overarching project teams and Squads, anticipate challenges for the organization; and add with innovative and conceptual thinking to the strategy of Quality Operations and The Network.

You serve as a coach for colleagues with less experience and help them to develop their skills/expertise.

Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's / Master degree in Life Science, Pharmacy or related subject.
Advanced degree is considered an advantage.

You have demonstrated experience and knowledge of Quality Operations and processes.

You have at least seven (7) years in the Medical Device/Pharma/Biopharmaceutical industry with 5 years working in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or Validation, preferred or equivalent experience.

You hold excellent knowledge of the European, US, China and International cGMP regulations and demonstrated ability to adequately interpret and implement quality standards.

You have demonstrated experience in European, US and other relevant Health Authority inspections.

You are based in Branchburg.

At the Company's discretion, an exception to the location requirement could be made under extraordinary circumstances.
As this position is part of a global organization, international business travel will be required depending upon the business location of the successful candidate and ongoing business project activities.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New Jersey is $111,600 and $241,800.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
