JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for estimating and managing the Express Lane Projects and Projects from our internal client list. Evaluating the Express Lane criteria, ensuring that agency processes and procedures are being followed within an express setting while staying within budget.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Management

Work with internal teams to create and execute agency ads, projects, logos and other creative needs for the agency and corresponding companies.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

* Estimating and budget maintenance.

* Scheduling.

* Routing.

* Status Meeting and Reporting.

* Vendor Release and Correspondences.

AGENCY PROJECTS

* Work with internal teams to create and execute agency ads, projects, logos and other creative needs for the agency and corresponding companies.

* Develop new business materials for all new business pitches.

* Participate in specific new business meetings and status.

* Work with Agency HR teams to develop agency collateral.

EDUCATION

Bachelors

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

N/A

EXPERIENCE

1 year Account or Project Management or similar customer service experience

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

COMPETENCIES

Salary

$60,000 to $80,000 Annually
