Registered Nurses (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.YOUR ROLE:
The Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.Ability to learn, absorb, and apply technical training, and the ability to prepare and administer treatment or medication and keep records in prescribed manner.Ability to perceive differences in patient behavior and recognize symptoms and the ability to communicate:
