Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Burn ICU Nurse to join our team at TriStar Skyline Medical Center. As a member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act
Utilize therapeutic communication and maintain a safe therapeutic environment
Plan individualized patient care using an interdisciplinary approach
Participate in performance improvement activities
Assume charge nurse responsibilities when necessary
Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs
Administer medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems
Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing
Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing
Current BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire
One year of clinical nursing experience preferred
