Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Peterborough, NH
Shift Times: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week guaranteed
Salary: $26.98 - $43.17
Annual: $56,118.40 - $89,793.60
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 on first paycheck, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year
Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will perform care independently based on nursing standards and under the direction of a medical team, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care in emergency situations.
Coordinate care planning with other healthcare professionals.
Ensure the effectiveness of interventions and treatments.
Maintain high-quality documentation of patient care.
Participate in educational opportunities to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current NH RN licensure.
Preferred two years of Emergency Department experience.
Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia.
Preferred Certifications: PALS, CEN, TNCC.
Proficient with EMR systems, specifically Allscripts Paragon.
Unit Specifics:
12 Bed Unit with a team of 3-4 staff members per shift.
Comprehensive 4-6 week orientation with hands-on training.
