Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative
Contract Duration: 5 Months
Work Type: Onsite, 1st Shift
Location: Nashua, NH
Shift/Time Zone: 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday
About the Role:
As a Patient Services Representative II, you will be the face of our company for patients seeking routine health checks or life-altering health insights. Your key responsibilities include:
Phlebotomy: Skillfully drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
Patient Interaction: Building trust and confidence by explaining procedures and creating a positive experience.
Process Excellence: Adhering to established practices and procedures, demonstrating leadership, and maintaining confidentiality.
Teamwork: Collaborating with the team to deliver efficient and timely patient care.
What You'll Need:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Certifications: Phlebotomy certification is preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attitude: A commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
