Essential Functions:

Essential functions will be based on the job that becomes available in the future.

General Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent G.E.D. or HISET

Experience:

Prior manufacturing experience in a production shop is a plus. Previous experience with blueprints and precision measuring equipment is preferred, but not required. If you have a positive attitude, we can train the right candidate!

Job Skills/Abilities:

Must be detail-oriented and quality driven.
Good manual and concentrated visual attention.
Must have good manual dexterity and flexibility.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction) and maintain an understanding of the decimal system.

Other Requirements:

Must have a solid work history. We are looking for dependable people who come to work every day.
All positions require successful completion of background check.
Ability to read and understand complex written and verbal instructions in English.
Must be able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization.
The ability to work independently or as part of a small team is a must.

Note: Physical job requirements may include:

The ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Depending on the position, physical requirements may include standing, use of hands to carry out job functions as well as lifting, carrying, bending, walking, pushing, pulling and stooping during the course of the job.

Hours:

Monday thru Friday plus the opportunity to work Overtime.
First Shift works 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Second Shift works 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Third Shift works 11:30 pm to 7:00 am
