License: New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (must be provided with submissions)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Strongly Preferred), NIHSS
Must-Have:
• Willingness to float to different units
• Cardiac drip experience
• Previous experience with Epic EMR system
• Completed training from CPI, AVADE, or MOAB for de-escalation as of 1/1/2024
• Own vehicle due to lack of public transport
• Professional scrubs (no logos)
• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family education.
• Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Abide by facility dress code with provided professional scrubs.
• Respect submission protocol for requested time off, with no more than 5 days allowed.
• Work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations.
• Understand and adapt to a small community environment.
