Membership Sales Adviser

As a Membership Sales Adviser, your primary focus will be driving membership growth by connecting potential members to the benefits of our gym. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fitness and a proven ability to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals.
Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
Build relationships with prospective and current members to understand their fitness needs and encourage long-term memberships.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the gym.
Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales.
