Job Summary As a Radiology Student Tech, you would prepare patients and collect relevant information for completion of procedures.
You will perform general diagnostic radiographic procedures with technologist supervision.
You will be observant of patients conditions.
Practice radiation safety as described in Federal standards, utilizing ALARA policy.
Understand and operate electronic information systems, and compile appropriate records to expedite results.
Operates mobile radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment within the department, in the OR, and throughout the hospital with supervisor.
Provides documentation of competency exam.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
Must have completed first year of training in Radiology Program.
Basic Life Support Certification within 30 days of hire.
Located in Derry, NH, Parkland Medical Center is a regional acute-care hospital offering 86 beds and a Level III Trauma Center.
