PLEASE NOTE REQUIRED CASE MANGEMENT HH AND HOSPICE EXPERIENCE ON RESUME IN PROFILE ! The professional nurse providing care to medical/surgical patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care.
