Looking to kickstart your career with a globally recognized brand? Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast (Coke Northeast) is offering a Corporate Summer Internship designed to provide students with hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to the dynamic world of corporate operations.

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast began as a single bottling operation in Laconia, NH, in 1977. Today, we are proud to employ over 3,500 associates across 17 sales centers and numerous satellite locations throughout New England and New York. As a leading Coca-Cola bottler, we deliver an expansive portfolio of beverages, from Coca-Cola and Dasani to Monster Energy and BODYARMOR, that refresh and inspire millions every day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As a Corporate Intern, you'll work alongside professionals in the People & Culture department gaining valuable insights and contributing to meaningful projects that align with your major, interests, and skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct research, gather insights, and contribute to the development of strategies that drive business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement solutions.
• Project Ownership: Contribute to or lead specific projects that add value to the organization, such as Benefit and Employee Value Proposition creations, campaign planning, or talent development initiatives depending on your area of focus.

What We're Looking For
• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate program in a relevant field.
• At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
