Vasopressors, Insulin, TNK, Heparin, IV Antibiotics, Sedatives. Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?:

Yes- 1 tech until we get to 20 and then 2 techs up to 24. Hospitalist &/or Intensivist in house 24/7? In the ICU 24/7?:
24/7 critical care coverage, E-ICU staffed with nurse and APRN 24/7. RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot?:
Vents, BiPAPs. Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit? Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors?:

Will float to PCU and Medical floors. Scrub Color/Dress Code:
Navy Blue. How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?:
First week system orientation and onboarding. 1-2 12 hour shifts of unit orientation. Radius Rule:
50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
