We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our High-End Residential Team.

Position Summary ______

As a Project Engineer, you will be critical in supporting the design and execution of high-end custom residential projects. To ensure project success, you will work closely with owners, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about high-quality residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to support seamless project execution.
Assist in preparing and facilitating meetings with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
Perform site visits for investigations and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Estimating and Procurement

Conducted detailed quantity take-offs and assisted in preparing cost estimates for luxury residential projects.
Manage material procurement, including ordering and tracking delivery schedules.

Documentation and Contracts

Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFI submissions.
Maintain meticulous records of project details, timelines, and budgets.

Problem-Solving and Innovation

Develop creative solutions to design and construction challenges.
Monitor project progress and propose adjustments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Training and Development

Provide mentorship and training to junior staff as part of a collaborative and growth-focused team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in residential or high-end construction.

Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of construction software such as Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and subcontractors.

Problem-solving:
Excellent critical thinking skills to handle multiple priorities and challenges.

Organizational Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex schedules and documentation.

Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and industry partners.

Work Ethic:
A positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to quality.
