BHE Pipeline Group consists of Berkshire Hathaway Energy's interstate natural gas pipeline companies, BHE GT&S, Kern River Gas Transmission Company and Northern Natural Gas Company.
Combined, BHE Pipeline Group operates approximately 21,200 miles of pipeline with a design capacity of approximately 21.1 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day, owns assets in 27 states and transported approximately 15% of the total natural gas consumed in the U.S.
during 2022.
BHE Pipeline Group also operates 22 natural gas storage facilities with a total working gas capacity of 515.6 billion cubic feet and a liquefied natural gas export, import and storage facility.

Eight or more years experience in engineering, technical services, construction of gas pipeline facilities with a minimum of three years experience in management function on projects or related technical field.
Must have a proven record of accomplishment as a lead engineer on projects.
Advanced project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Has a high level of innovation, creativity and ingenuity in situations calling for originality and inventive approaches.
Consistently produces high quality work products, implements innovations, and meets or exceeds project schedules and cost expectations.
An excellent understanding of natural gas transmission operations.
Teamwork skills to work with others in the department and with external customers to benefit the department and the organization as a whole.
Training skills to provide knowledge to other team members Effective management and human relation skills.

Ensure that business, technical, environmental, operational, financial and scheduling objectives are met for assigned projects.
(20-25%) Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, marketing functions.
(20-25%) Responsible for project meetings, planned budget and schedule.
(15-20%) Manage resources, considering team member expertise and workload in optimization, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, tech services and construction and keeping within budget considerations.
(10-15%) Assist in identifying and implementing best practices.
(5-10%) Ensure communication links are maintained with project team, project sponsors, project control, facility owners and operators.
(5-10%) Support development of knowledge and expertise in team members.
(5-10%) Serve as a functional member of the project management team.
(5-10%) Facilitate the project budget development process.
(5-10%) Conduct and facilitate the project review process for the team.
(5-10%) Provide technical input to assist in development of project planning.
