Description Love boba? Want to make it THE drink on campus? Become a JOYBA® Ambassador Your main tasks are to:
(1) Distribute JOYBA® full-sized product samples through fun events - tabling events in populated areas on your campus and product drops within various student organizations ; (2) Create and share engaging social media content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts.
The best content may get promoted, giving you wider visibility and a chance to build your social media following.
Timeline:
This part-time role runs through the Spring 2025 semester/quarter.

We are proud to celebrate JOYBA® as the 1 ready-to-drink bubble tea in the US Initially launched regionally, JOYBA® is now expanding nationwide We're excited to partner with you to share JOYBA® Bubble Tea on social media and on campus.
We're looking for Ambassadors who are outgoing, fun, and inspire their peers to create connections, friendships, and real talk (over real tea) The Product JOYBA® Bubble Tea is a line of refreshing ready-to-drink tea beverages, available in eight delicious and unique fruit flavors.
JOYBA® Bubble Tea features popping boba - lightly flavored bubbles that pop when you bite them.
A burst of joy in every sip® Learn more about JOYBA® on Instagram , TikTok , and JOYBA.com Benefits Earn a $750 stipend for the program , split up into biweekly payments via PayPal or Venmo Multiple opportunities to earn $500 bonuses throughout the program.
Receive a free JOYBA® branded t-shirt and crewneck to wear at your activations/around campus Enjoy a fun, part-time job that fits into your busy college schedule Play a role in JOYBA®'s growth story and interact with their team throughout the program Gain valuable entrepreneurial experience in marketing and communication Responsibilities Over the course of the Spring semester/quarter, you will complete the following tasks:
Distribute all of the provided JOYBA® product samples.
Samples arrive in 2-4 increments throughout the program.
You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events in populated areas on your campus and sampling within student organizations.
5 TikTok posts - we will boost the best content through TikTok spark ads throughout the program 1 Instagram Reels - a repost of your best performing TikTok post 1 Instagram static in-feed post 8 Instagram stories Top performing Ambassadors will be invited to participate in 1 Lunch & Learn video group call - this is an exclusive networking opportunity with members of the JOYBA marketing team (optional) In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics:
Pre-program virtual training & planning Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program Adhere to task due dates/milestones that will be shared during program training Qualifications Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote JOYBA® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2025 semester/quarter.
Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the beverage industry.
Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers.
Added bonus if you already love JOYBA® The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required .
For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates.
For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.
HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS:
EvolveZ works with brands like JOYBA® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs.
For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the JOYBA® team maintains general oversight.
The EvolveZ referral program awards you bonuses ranging from $100-$250 for anyone you refer that's hired for the JOYBA job .
