A company is looking for a Document Management Center Associate to manage incoming documents and support electronic workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and validate electronic documents in accordance with policies and service level agreements
Import various types of requests into imaging and workflow systems for distribution
Provide backup support for electronic mail distribution functions as needed
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred
1-2 years of related work experience required; prior experience with imaging and workflow systems preferred
Ability to quickly learn multiple systems and processes
Must be organized and exhibit a sense of urgency
Experience with imaging and workflow systems is a plus
