The Role

We're looking for a few smart, self-motivated, problem-solving Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales team.
We are hiring people who thoroughly enjoy the sales process, can think quickly, and re-engage customers by educating them and moving them closer to the close of a deal.
This role involves using outbound calls, texts, and emails to re-engage companies that completed their free trial but haven't converted to customers yet.

In this job you will.

Focus on high activity and maximizing daily outreach to potential customers.
Regularly contact our formerly in-trial customers to educate them on the value of our higher-tiered products.
Use strong influencing skills to set up qualified demos with current Mid-Market and Inside Sales Representatives.
Potentially qualify inbound & chat leads and designate to the appropriate department based on company size and potential users.
Promoting products and services while delivering quality customer service.
Communicating with all levels of the organization including product and marketing to provide feedback on customer interactions.

Be located in or around the Lincoln, Nebraska metro area.

Compensation:
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam.
Our salary for this role $40,000 and is based on experience, with on target earnings (OTE) of $50,000 - $62,000.
We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
