We are currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to support the considerable growth we have enjoyed. This full-time position enjoys a 4-day work week.
Lincoln Family Medical Group is a multiple provider private practice that currently includes Physicians, Physician Assistants, Counselors, and a Social Worker. Our team works collaboratively to ensure the best care possible for our patients and a healthy work environment for our staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician who enjoys an autonomous but collaborative work environment, a family-oriented atmosphere, and a patient-centered philosophy.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and maintain patient health by providing medical and medication management.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and review of symptoms.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic health record systems.
Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in healthcare delivery.
Stay updated on current medical research, advancements, and best practices.
Other duties typical of a Physician in a primary care office.
On-Call - 3 Days/Month, phone calls only.
