On a given day, you'll respond to incoming phone questions about orders, make product recommendations, advise on skincare regimens, problem-solve issues, take orders and so much more. After hands on training with our dedicated trainer, you'll have the option to work into a remote/hybrid work schedule. Never a moment of boredom here; when not taking calls, we're answering emails and following up on customer inquiries.
