Building and shaping our operational foundation as we grow

Working directly with leadership to drive strategic initiatives
Leading a team that genuinely cares about making a difference in clients' lives

This is an in-office role (5 days/week) - no remote work
Location: Your choice of Lincoln or Kearney, Nebraska
You'll need financial services experience (or a similar professional services background)
Leadership experience is a must
