Job Details:
Coverage: Ongoing; One week per month(5 consecutive days)
Position Open: 1
Shift: 7a-7p, M-F
To complete minor procedures and image reads such as: diagnostic mamos, breast biopsy, barium enema, small bowel follow through, upper GI, epidural steroid injection, abscess drainage, medicare overreads
Required Procedures: Breast localization for OR with magseed/magtrace- willing to learn: breast cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies Arthrograms/Joint aspirations/Joint Injections CT Cystograms PICC Line placement Lumbar punctures, Hysterosalpingograms, Bone Marrow Biopsy, Ultrasound, biopsy of lymph nodes, muscle, kidney, thyroid, abscess drainage ESI, SI injections, Facet injections
EMR: Meditech
Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, no preferred but not required; Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation
Credentialing Information: 60 - 90 days

25 bed CAH hospital. Average daily census 12. 7; licensed for 25 inpt beds which includes OB have an additional 19 observation beds
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted ND License
Will consider candidates without license in hand or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
Board Certified
BLS by American Heart Association - required
Certifications Required ATLS
Must have or get during credentialing and ACLS, DEA
Availability at time of name clear Required
Must have at least 2 years experience
