Department Details
Experienced RNs are invited to join the Solutions By Sanford team!
We are seeking RN candidates who meet the following criteria:
Minimum one year of nursing experience.
At least six months of travel nursing experience.
Reside at least 60 miles from the clinic location.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing individualized nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and deliver comprehensive care, addressing all aspects of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
The RN will:
Plan and coordinate patient care.
Conduct patient assessments and provide education.
Triage and perform various nursing interventions.
Practice within the scope of state nursing regulations and professional standards as set by the American Nurses Association.
Qualifications
We require:
A graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
Ongoing compliance with department-specific competencies and certifications.
