Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve in employee health at Essentia Health Hospital on 32nd Avenue in Fargo, North Dakota. This RN works 40 hours weekly, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations are required. The ideal candidate for this position works as a team player, is creative in solving work-related issues, works well independently, and is self-motivated and reliable.

Education Qualifications:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Responsible for recognizing occupational hazards and facilitate necessary changes for controlling hazards, and to provide early intervention to recognize and treat illnesses and injuries. Maintains confidential employee medical records.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Current RN nursing licensure in the state of North Dakota.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month of hire.

Job Location: 32nd Avenue Building

Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 7:00 am/3:30 pm

Hours Per Pay Period: 80

Compensation Range: $33.21 - $49.82 / hour

Union:FTE: 1

Weekends: No
